Rogue Cyborg On New Moscows Streets

Yesterday a cyber-attack by Category 4 Wrong Thinkers has been initiated against the Sector Police.
It was successfully shut down and the terrorists have been captured, at an imperial cyber node in Little Kiev.
However, the terrorists aimed to hack the newest BEN units of the Imperial Cyborg Program, resulting in one going rogue.
For visitors it is suggested to stay away from areas around Little Kiev, Southern District and the northern New Crimea Island area.
According to the sector police, the situation is under control.
